# Online Users

Shows users who are currently using the internet at various locations

This page shows information about users currently online in the system. Administrators can search for data of interest using the Search box at the top of the table. This page contains the following components:

#### Current user summary box

Shows the number of users currently in the system, categorized by registration method.

* **Total:** shows the total number of users in the system across all registration methods.
* **Normal:** shows the number of users created by administrators (Add User and Import User).
* **Email:** shows the number of users created by Email registration.
* **SMS:** shows the number of users created by phone number registration.
* **Social:** shows the number of users registered by linking a Facebook, LINE, or Twitter account.
* **Coupon:** shows the number of users created via Generate Coupon.
* **SAL:** shows the number of users registered via System Auto Login.
* **Self Register:** shows the number of users registered via the Register method.
* **PMS:** shows the number of users logged in with accounts created by the PMS system.

**Download:** total real-time Download bandwidth currently in use.

**Upload:** total real-time Upload bandwidth currently in use.

**Location:** check which Site each User is using. If you have more than 1 Site, the system will show how many users are online at each Site.

* Username: the user's name (if available in the system) and the username.
* Package: shows the Package name for this Username.
* IP Address: IP Address and MAC Address assigned to the user.
* Login Time: shows the login start time and how long the user has been in the system.
* Download: shows the amount of downloaded data.
* Upload: shows the amount of uploaded data.
* Location: shows the location where access is taking place.
* Action: disconnect the user from the system (the device must have CoA configured first).
