# PMS Logs

PMS Log records events exchanged with the PMS system, such as Check-in, Check-out, and other data sent from the PMS, for auditing and review.

**Filters**

**Date Range:** select the date range of log data to display.

**Method:** select the log type.

#### **Log detail columns**

* **Show**: number of log entries displayed per page.
* **Search**: search within logs, for example by room number or other keywords.
* **Export**: download logs as a file, such as `.xlsx` or `.csv`.
* **LOG TIME**: the date and time the log was received from the PMS.
* **METHOD**: the type of activity sent from the PMS, such as Check-in or Check-out.
* **ROOM-NO**: room number of the user.
* **CLIENT ID**: the Client ID sent from the PMS to identify the user or device.
* **MESSAGE**: the message or data sent from the PMS, with details per activity.
